Store Refund Policy

WE KINDLY ASK THAT YOU CONTACT US FIRST BEFORE PROCESSING A RETURN!

 

1. Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
     

  • It must be in the original packaging.
     

  • You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
     

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
     

  • Downloadable software or digital products
     

  • Personalized/custom-made items
     

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
     

  • Sale or clearance items (optional: final sale items are not eligible for return)
     

 

2. Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 30 business days.
     

  • If your refund is late or missing, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted

 

  • Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense
     

 

3. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at silviya@petrabbithotels.com or by phone at +1 (801) 448-3756.

 

4. Shipping Returns

The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. 

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
