Membership Payments

 

Kindly note that all subscription fees are non-refundable. We don't operate on an automated renewal subscription basis. If you choose for your pet rabbit hotel services to be presented/published on our website after your subscription expires, kindly note that you will have to create a new subscription.

 

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you may choose to keep your venue online or ask us to remove all relevant information. A refund will not be issued if you choose to cancel your subscription.

We value your privacy! Petrabbithotels.com collects the following personal information only to complete membership requests and for no other purposes: First name, Last Name, Email, Phone. We only use this information so we can validate your requests, verify you are a real human being, and to create a profile for your pet rabbit hotel/sitting business.

For business purposes, and by keeping the same privacy of your information as mentioned above, we collect basic business information: Company Name, Position, Image (we do not redistribute this image anywhere else), the services you offer for pet rabbits, etc. You have the right to request for your profile to be deleted at any time! Kindly note, refunds will not be issued upon requests to cancel/delete profiles.

Once your membership/subscription expires, we do not keep any of your information on file. If you wish to continue to have a profile on petrabbithotels.com, you will have to create a new subscription and upload the information again.

  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
